The Laser Team is known for its powerful mentoring program backed by the integrity and longevity of its diverse leadership. The team includes seasoned mentors from many different professional backgrounds who come together to create the ultimate support system for you. 

Training includes a short overview of the opportunity followed by a training session. Training topics include the compensation plan, the mentoring program and scripting/language  to approach customers.

The Laser Team training and mentoring is free.  The Team provides weekly product trainings, leadership meetings and even short inspirational “Morning Mojo” calls to start your morning with an extra boost of energy and focus!  All of this is free for you and a texting service will notify you of opportunities to plug in.

The Laser Team has a website with a full event schedule as well as important trainings. The Team also provides a texting service to notify you of online training opportunities and send reminders to your guests for presentations. 

The first step is to get your website ordered and schedule an onboarding session. You can get back to the person who invited you to a presentation or text your name and “Get Started” to 410-258-2261.

There are no quotas and no required hours. We have a full range of activity. Some people put in an hour or two per week and others put in 10 hours a week. Just let your mentor know your pace and they will guide you to produce results with the time that you have. 

Yes! If your sponsor is experienced, they will mentor you. If your sponsor is new, then an experienced mentor in the team will assist you. You will have the mentor’s personal cell phone number to make sure you receive top notch support! 

Our team of experienced presenters will share the opportunity on your behalf. You are not required to become a trainer or presenter but for those who want to learn, there is a training system to help you grow.
